If you ever have questions about the products I present on my website you may contact me to learn more about how to use them to get the most of your crafting experience. I am not your typical "store", I hope you will use what you purchase and enjoy the products I sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you may contact me for return within 30 days of purchase. Unless a product is defective I do not pay for the return of the item.

RETREAT DETAILS

General Structure:

It is my desire to create a welcoming atmosphere at my home for you and your group of friends. I structure it so that it is relaxing and enjoyable for everybody. Retreats are held for 4 guests. The posted dates on my website are typically from Friday at 5:00pm through Sunday at 2:00pm. However, I can accommodate most reasonable requests, including weekdays.

To schedule a retreat for your group, please contact me by phone 877-45-SCRAP or email (dusty@scrappinatdustys.com), to set up your date. If you have a group that is more interested in card making or digital scrapbooking, I can accommodate this as well. It's all about getting your friends together and doing something fun and creative.

Includes: Use of all available tools and journaling computer. The retreat fee also includes all the papers, adhesives, and embellishments for your scrapbook pages.

Accommodations: The dorm style accommodations include a plush twin bed with down comforter and pillow. There are four beds, no bunk-beds! There is a large spa for relaxation and a pool for swimming (not heated). The craft room is a very large room with a big TV and a very large collection of movies to entertain while crafting.

Guests: Retreats are for all women or all men only. I can not accommodate male and female occupancy as these are dorm style accommodations. Please, no children under the age of 18 unless a retreat or workshop is specifically scheduled and structured for children. If you wish to have a mother-daughter retreat with children, please specify this when scheduling.

Food & Drink: I provide dinner on Friday evenings, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. I will coordinate the dinner meals with the group. There are great snack choices and, of course, the necessary chocolate! I have a large selection of soft drinks, juices, coffee & teas. Alcohol is permitted within respectable moderation and appropriate conduct. I generally serve wine on Friday evenings, however, additional alcohol should be provided by the guests.

Cancellations: I'm sorry, but reservation cancellations require 30 days notice for a full refund. If you need to cancel with less than 30 days notice and there is another person that is ready to take your open spot, I will issue a full refund. If any member of the group cancels and their cancellation brings the attendance of a scheduled retreat weekend to less than 3 people, I reserve the right to cancel the event entirely. I can not be held responsible for any related transportation or other incidental costs related to cancellation of any event.

Smoking: Accommodations for smoking are outside and away from the other guests.
